Joshua brings 15+ years of property management experience and has built the systems TreePad’s managers use every day. He also owns Air Realty, a fully licensed real estate brokerage — keeping TreePad close to market trends and where Nova Scotia real estate is headed.
Holli Roberts
Holli joined TreePad as a property manager in 2020 and now leads the company as President, overseeing operations, client success and the management team. She was a finalist for Property Manager of the Year at the RHPNS 2025 Innovation & Excellence Awards.
