We are so proud to share that Holli Roberts, Property Manager at Tree Pad Property Management, was named a finalist for Property Manager of the Year at the RHPNS (Rental Housing Providers Nova Scotia) 2025 Innovation & Excellence Awards.
The awards were presented at the RHPNS Annual Awards Gala, Dinner & Trade Show on May 19th, 2026 at The Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax — Atlantic Canada’s largest apartment rental industry networking event. Our team attended and had an incredible evening. Being surrounded by so many passionate people who care deeply about housing in Nova Scotia was something special.
Holli shows up every single day with a quiet but powerful mission: to redefine what it means to be a landlord. In an industry where that word often carries a negative connotation, she proves through her actions that property management done right is about people — building relationships, creating homes people are proud to live in, and treating residents the way we’d all want to be treated.
While Holli didn’t win the award this year, being selected as a finalist by RHPNS — alongside Nova Scotia’s very best rental housing professionals — is a meaningful recognition of everything she brings to this role. We couldn’t be more proud.
Congratulations to all of the 2025 RHPNS finalists and winners — it was a wonderful night celebrating the people who make Nova Scotia’s rental housing industry something to be proud of.
