TreePad Inc. has announced that Holli Roberts has been named President of TreePad, moving into the role from Vice President. Roberts, a finalist for Property Manager of the Year at the 2025 RHPNS Innovation & Excellence Awards, will lead TreePad’s day-to-day operations across its long-term rental portfolio, short-term rental division, and resort management.
As part of the transition, Joshua Svec’s role will change from President/Owner to Owner.
