FREE Housing for Front Line Health Care Workers
TreePad Property Management is working
diligently to continue our daily business as usual
during this time. We have updated our policies to
protect our staff and our tenants. As this situation is
changing fast we are constantly monitoring publications
from the federal and provincial levels of Government
to stay up to speed and ready. Below lists ways we have
changed our practices to keep business moving:
How TreePad Is Adapting to COVID-19
TreePad is now offering virtual showings via video tours of our limited vacant unit selection. This will provide landlords with a beautiful video tour of their unit that they can use for future showings.
Online Application Process
We have shifted our application process to be 100% online. Potential tenants will fill out their required information at home and electronically submit it to TreePad. Our credit check process is also online and automatic.
Leases can now be signed by electronic signatures for TreePad tenants. This will limit personal contact. TreePad staff will conduct phone meetings with tenants to walk them through the lease prior to it being sent for electronic signatures.
Move In / Move Out Policies
TreePad has taken serious steps to follow the social distancing rules set by the government. We have changed our policies to protect staff and tenants during move in and move outs.
Automatic Rent Collection
TreePad collects rent through automatic debit withdrawal. We will continue to set up future tenants with this process.
Despite the current pandemic we have not missed a beat and will continue to keep up-to-date on the latest news and information as it is released.
We keep up-to-date with the current issues of COVID-19 and the Government’s response. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to our Property Manager Zenobia Pais.
