This would include:
Taking care of any renovations needed before posting the ad, as well as painting.
-Doing ALL the shopping for the unit, furniture, decor, toiletries
-Setting it up, dealing with potential drop offs, deliveries, having the furniture put together, etc
-Having it cleaned the first time, and organizing cleaning for every check out/check in.
-Running the app, doing the advertising, handling all bookings and conversations
-Writing all reviews, handling pricing and cancellations
-Handling all guest issues
